Performs quality inspections.\nStretch wraps finished pallets and transports to the designated staging area.\nPerforms minor troubleshooting and repair of machines and processes, as needed.\nAbility to communicate any and all issues pertaining to production proficiency.\nCompletes required daily paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.\nAbility to redirect shift personnel in the event of a machine being down or a priority shift.\nMaintains the proper cycle time on machines.\nCommunicates issues preventing shift plan completion to Area Coordinator, and ensures that the shift plan is followed.\nMonitors equipment condition and running parameters. Observes and inspects equipment for damage or problems.
