The organization is known as a trusted choice for patients who may not have achieved results with conventional therapy elsewhere.Role Description The Clinic Director / Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sullivan, IL, responsible for both clinical care and leadership of the outpatient clinic. This role includes evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and progressing patients toward functional goals. The Clinic Director oversees daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, mentoring clinicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The position also involves collaborating with referring providers, communicating treatment progress, and supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow the clinic. The individual in this role will monitor clinical outcomes, manage productivity and documentation standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.Qualifications Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Illinois and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or equivalent).Proven clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, and functional movement assessment.Leadership and management capabilities, including staff supervision, performance feedback, scheduling, and clinic operations oversight.Strong patient-centered communication skills, including the ability to educate patients and families, collaborate with referring providers, and document clearly and accurately in the medical record.Organizational and time-management skills to balance direct patient care, documentation, staff coordination, and administrative responsibilities.Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.Experience in an outpatient clinic and prior supervisory or clinic leadership experience are preferred.
