This roleoperatesmanufacturing equipment across multiple processes, ensures product quality, and supports manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues,assistingin process execution, and promoting adherence to safety and operational standards.Additionally, this position provides support to other areas and helps reinforce process awareness among associates.\n\nDemonstrates initiative, willingness, and a positive attitude to continuously develop skills and knowledge within certified operations. Promotes process awareness among associates and contributes to personal and team development through daily performance.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nPerform assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.\n\nOperate and be certified in multiple manufacturing processes or groups of operations across different areas.\n\nExecute production activities using batch records, job aids, SOPs, and product specifications.\n\nInterpret manufacturing documentation to ensureaccurateand efficient process execution.\n\nPerform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure product and packaging meet quality requirements.\n\nAccurately complete and review batch records, production logs, and documentation in compliance with GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO standards.\n\nMeet daily production targets in alignment with the established day-by-hour production plan.\n\nMonitor, capture, and report downtime, scrap, and production performance metrics.\n\nCoordinate execution of manufacturing schedules for assigned batches or operations.\n\nEnsure availability of required materials beforeinitiatingoperations.\n\nHandle, segregate, and dispose of non-conforming materialsin accordance withestablished procedures.\n\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and operations in alignment with 5S and cleanroom standards.\n\nSupport manufacturing-related activities including calibration, work orders, and validation processes asrequired.\n\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and communicate production issues, risks, or deviations to the supervisor or designeein a timely manner.\n\nSupport andmaintaina safe work environment, including participation in safety programs such as Employee Safety Observations (ESO).\n\nFollow all safety requirements andproperly usepersonal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to lab coats, gloves, hair/beard covers, shoe covers, hearing protection, eye protection, and specialized cleanroom garments asrequired.\n\nMaintain regular attendance and punctualityin accordance withcompany policies.\n\nMaintain positive working relationships with peers and supervisors.\n\nMaintain open communication to ensure operational issues and changes are communicated and resolvedin a timely manner.\n\nProvide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to other associates as needed.\n\nTeach and explain operational processes to other associates asrequiredto support effective process execution and knowledge transfer.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, standardization, and process simplification.\n\nParticipate in Kaizen events and Level 1 Shift Kickoff Meetings asrequired.\n\nSuggest improvement opportunities related to equipment, processes, quality, or workplace organization.\n\nProvide backup support across multiple equipment, operations, or areas asrequired.\n\nSupport production continuity by covering operational activities and assisting in other areaswhenbusiness needs require it.\n\nCommunicate issues, concerns, and potential risks that may impact product quality or manufacturing processes.\n\nComply withall company policies and regulatory requirements.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\nEducation:\n\nCompletedHigh School or equivalent preferred.\n\nExperience:\n\n1to3years of experience in ahighpacedmedicalmanufacturing environment.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\n\nProfessionalSkills\n\nKnowledge of EH&S standards and safety procedures (required).\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow (required).\n\nKnowledge of GMP and Quality Systems; familiarity with GDP isrequired.\n\nAbility to interpret and apply manufacturing documentation (e.g., SOPs, batch records, specifications).\n\nAbility to perform inspections and testing activities (visual, in-process, and final product verification).\n\nIntermediate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to equipment, processes, and set-up conditions.\n\nBasic understanding of equipment maintenance principles.\n\nAwareness of escalation processes for quality, safety, or production issues.\n\nBasic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages).\n\nBasic computer skills, includingproficiencyin a Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills;
