Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) M-F 8a-5p NO Call, NO Weekends

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray and EKG to assist healthcare providers in the diagnosis of patients. This position is exclusively for a clinic located in Wheeling, WV who is treating veterans for Disability Exams. This is true clinic work: low stress environment and only scheduled patients. Responsibilities: - Conduct X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders - Operate and maintain imaging equipment - Ensure patient safety during procedures - Prepare patients for imaging, explaining procedures to them - Position patients correctly to capture the necessary images - Maintain accurate patient records -ARRT and WV State X-ray License must be active and maintained Skills: - Proficiency in medical imaging techniques including X-ray - Ability to perform studies accurately and efficiently - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology for proper positioning of patients during imaging procedures The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in emergency medicine or mobile imaging is highly desirable.
