Please take a moment to ensure this schedule aligns with your availability.\nSupervisor Driver, CDL B Benefits:\nOn the job training and uniforms provided\nExcellent Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days\n15 days PTO\n6 Paid Holidays\nMatching 401k\nStable, consistent work\nDirect deposit\nOvertime eligible (varies)\nSupervisor Driver, CDL B Responsibilities:\nSupervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.\nLead recruitment, training, and performance management.\nResolve depot issues and fill in for driver absences.\nMonitor timesheets, ensure driver DOT compliance, and inspect equipment.\nManage inventory and adjust routes.\nRespond to emails and ensure timely communication.\nConduct safety meetings, review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain inventory.\nSchedule vehicle maintenance, perform audits, and manage end-of-month reporting.\nComplete annual reviews, training, and driver assessments.\nSupervisor Driver, CDL B Qualifications:\nAbility to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.).\nLift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver up to 175 lbs.; occasionally move up to 750 lbs. with equipment.\nClimb in/out of trucks, ladders, and work in confined spaces.\nFrequent walking, standing, kneeling, and working at varying heights.\nAble to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.\nHandle fill hoses up to 100 feet and wear company uniforms.\nSupervisor Driver, CDL B Experience:\nA minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor preferred.\nMinimum of 2-years commercial driving experience.\nMust have a clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System.\nStrong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required.\nPrevious experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction experience preferred.\nCDL – Minimum Class B\nHAZMAT and Tanker endorsements\nMedical Card required\nNuCO2 provides competitive pay and an exceptional benefits package, including health, dental, disability, and life insurance; paid holidays and vacation; a 401(k) retirement plan; employee discounts; and opportunities for educational and professional development.
