Daytime and evening shifts available.\nProspect Restaurant and Bar, located within Scribner's Catskill Lodge, was designed for morning-to-evening drinking and dining and serves guests from both near and far. Our dining room presents floor to ceiling windows, providing 270-degree views of the surrounding Catskill Mountains. Prospect includes a large circular bar and cast-iron stoves. Just off the bar is a large cedar deck featuring outdoor dining and a fire pit.
