Human Resources Coordinator

This position focuses on coordinating recruiting activities, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee documentation, daily HR administrative functions and assisting with miscellaneous office activities. Qualities we want in you: team player • excellent written and verbal communicator • tech savvy • strategic thinker • service oriented • motivated • self-disciplined • professional • flexible in a fast-paced environment • works independently with minimal supervision • exhibits strong work ethics • detail oriented • handles demanding situations/timelines • organized • responsible/dependable • willing to receive/provide feedback to improve performance • supportive • strong desire to support and mentor What you'll do:Recruiting:Partners with Human Resources Manager on staffing objectivesMonitor and support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activities, including posting new requisitions and reviewing applicant submissionsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersConduct and assist with candidate screening callsAssist with new employee onboarding process by scheduling and conducting orientations and training, updating records, and other tasks as neededHuman ResourcesAct as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from staff and answer / escalate as requiredOversee inbound employee documentation and maintain records in all appropriate systemsProvide general administrative support to the HR team, including employee facing SharePoint siteImmigration compliance and work authorization support for staffProcesses various reports and focuses on the administrative tasks associated with HR reporting, policy and procedureOffice AdministrationMaintain office organization, supplies, and inventoryOrder lunches, set up and tear downAssist with building vendor and support processesHelp team members with various clerical tasks and special projects as neededOther duties as assigned What we require:Education:Associate's degree, bachelor's degree., or related professional experience in relevant fieldExperience:One to two years in a HR recruiting or coordinator roleSkills:Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Experience in Applicant Tracking systems and Paylocity HRIS is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsAdditional proficiencies we seek:Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both collaborative team and customer-facing environmentsHigh degree of professionalism to appropriately act as a representative of the organizationCandidates are required to complete a drug test and background check DataServ/xFact is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable laws, including race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
