This position allows for a combination of working at the office in Navasota, TX, and working from home. Travel to pre-bid meetings and jobsite visits also required. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects Review and interpret project plans and specifications Collaborate with project managers and engineers Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Required Skills: Civil and Concrete Construction experience Proficiency in Take-offs and Punch Out Lists Knowledge of Submittals and Change Orders Experience in Pre-Construction and Scope Development Strong understanding of Construction Management and Blueprints Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Bluebeam and Procore software Background in Civil Engineering Ability to manage Project Controls and Construction Documentation Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $89,000.00 Maximum Salary: $135,000.00 Benefits include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Project profit sharing bonuses, and Company Vehicle or Stipend.
