This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving safety culture and compliance.\r\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nConduct regular facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.\r\nSupport EH&S programs including LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, PPE, and emergency response.\r\nPerform incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking.\r\nConduct industrial hygiene assessments, including air quality, noise, and workplace exposure evaluations.\r\nDevelop and maintain safety procedures, written programs, compliance documentation, and regulatory records.\r\nDeliver EH&S training and safety communications to employees and leadership.\r\nTrack safety performance metrics and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nProvide recommendations to improve workplace safety, compliance, and environmental performance.\r\nPromote a proactive, safety-first culture through employee engagement, coaching, and collaboration.\r\nSKILLS/EXPERIENCE\r\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related Health & Safety field.\r\n3+ years of hands-on EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consulting environments.\r\nWorking knowledge of OSHA and state-specific EHS regulations.\r\nExperience with safety program management, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.\r\nKnowledge of LOTO, PPE, confined space, fall protection, machine guarding, and JSAs.\r\nStrong communication skills with the ability to train employees and influence safe work practices.\r\nHighly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.\r\nAbility to work in industrial environments, including extended standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.\r\nValid driver's license.\r\nSuccessful completion of a background check and drug screen.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nEarned or progression toward Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CIH)\r\nPrior experience within aerospace.\r\nWhy Join EnSafe?\r\nEmployee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
