Title: Oracle EBS SCM – OM Functional ConsultantLocation: San Francisco Bay Area, CAJob Description:OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Supply Chain Management business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Manufacturing (MFG) modules and have experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS SCM functional solutions.Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Manufacturing (MFG).Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve production issues.Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain business processes.Configure and maintain setups related to OM, Inventory, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and related manufacturing functions.Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.Coordinate and execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.Provide ongoing support, process improvements, and best-practice recommendations.Required Qualifications8+ years of Oracle EBS SCM Functional experience.Strong hands-on experience with:Oracle EBS Order Management (OM)Oracle EBS Inventory (INV)Oracle EBS Manufacturing (MFG)Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes.Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience creating functional specifications and working with technical development teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with additional Oracle SCM modules such as Purchasing (PO), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Cost Management, or Shipping Execution.Prior experience in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.Experience supporting manufacturing organizations in discrete or process manufacturing environments.Oracle certifications are a plus.Key SkillsOracle EBS SCMOrder Management (OM)Inventory (INV)Manufacturing (MFG)BOMWIPO2C ProcessFunctional ConfigurationGap AnalysisUAT/SIT TestingProduction SupportBusiness Process ImprovementFunctional DocumentationStakeholder Management
