If you are interested in exploring this opportunity\n\nEven though we are offering a remote opportunity, you must be located within PUERTO RICO and training will be onsite (one week)\n\nHours of Operation: Sunday - Saturday 6:30 AM to 12:00 AM EST (midnight)\n\nSchedules will be determined upon contract award\nCompensation: $17.20* per hour + H&W\n\nPUERTO RICO\n\nThis is an SCA position with Health & Welfare (H&W) dollars—also referred to as fringe dollars - are contributed by your employer to help pay for your benefit coverage as required by the Service Contract Act obligation. There is an H&W contribution for every hour you are paid (including PTO, but excluding overtime hours), up to 40 hours per week or as defined by the applicable Wage Determination.\n\nResponsibilities include (but not limited to):\n\nUtilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.\nNavigate to the appropriate pre-scripted responses which must be read verbatim to provide basic general and claims specific information.\nFollow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules.\nAssist caller with filling out online application and submitting it electronically to plan provider for processing.\nComplete basic call log related to the phone inquiries such as clicking radio buttons to confirm which scripts were read by the CSR to the caller.\nEducation, Skills and Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum six (6) months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required.\nMust be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.\nMust be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (Words Per Minute).\nExperience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.\nAbility to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required.\nMust have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.\nAbility to work as a member of a team.\nAll personnel will be required to undergo program update training as the program changes.\nYou may be required to work holidays, and overtime may be required.\nReasonable Accommodation:\nIf you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this.
