As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?\n\nUpholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)\nWelcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador!\nRecommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy\nDelivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guest’s needs\nCreating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (you rock at creating a good time!)\nAdhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies\nProcessing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back\nMaintaining a clean and safe section; completing side duties\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\n\nPrior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required\nGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)\nTeamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)\nState-required serving age (varies by state); Alcohol Certification, as required\nCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests\nAvailability to workdays, nights and/or weekends\n\nPERKS!\n\nMain Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part to ensure you have what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!\n\nAwesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!\n50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!\nTuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)\nWe help others grow!
