Responsibilities: - Conduct mobile phlebotomy services at diverse locations to collect blood specimens for medical testing. - Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture accurately and with care. - Ensure precise labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples. - Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during specimen collection procedures. - Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures and patient data. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to guarantee efficient specimen processing. Qualifications: Required Skills: - Proficiency in laboratory procedures, specimen collection processing, and clinical laboratory practices. - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, and laboratory techniques. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sample handling. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Prior experience in Phlebotomy. - Familiarity with aseptic technique practices. - Understanding of laboratory equipment operation.
