certification\n\nExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:\n\n Proven understanding of SDLC, environment management, and change control processes\n Experience with release or work-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow,\nor similar tools\n Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and\nbusiness teams under time pressure\n Experience managing multiple release schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced setting\n Experience working with federal or state government
