We are a leading Portable X-Ray company seeking passionate and skilled technologists to provide exceptional X-ray services to long-term patients across Arkansas—including in Russellville and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Mobile Radiologic Technologist, you’ll work independently in the field, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging to patients in long-term care, behavioral health, home health, hospice, and correctional facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and compassionate care, all while operating brand-new vehicles equipped with top-of-the-line digital X-ray technology and supplies.

What You’ll Do:
Travel to assigned facilities and patient locations to perform X-ray examinations using mobile radiographic equipment.
Accurately position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
Accurately verify patient identity and physician orders before conducting exams.
Ensure image quality and safety, adhering to ALARA principles and HIPAA regulations.
Travel daily in a company vehicle (provided), equipped with fuel cards and necessary supplies.
Upload and transmit digital images via secure systems to our radiology team for interpretation.
Deliver professional, respectful, and compassionate care to patients and staff at every site.
Respond promptly to scheduling changes or emergency imaging requests.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of mobile imaging equipment and company vehicle.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
Registered and in good standing with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
Possess a valid Arkansas Radiology license.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with regular travel.
Skills:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy for digital imaging systems and electronic documentation.
Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to various clinical settings.

Salary: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience & credentials)
Location: Hot Springs, AR + statewide travel
