Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Carpenter based in the Greater Harrisburg Area. The Lead Carpenter will manage and execute various carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, ensuring quality craftsmanship, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role involves overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion and exceptional standards while maintaining strong communication with team members and clients. Qualifications Expertise in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniquesProficiency in using Hand Tools and Power ToolsExperience with Framing and structural construction workStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansCommitment to safety protocols and high-quality workmanshipPrevious experience as a lead carpenter or in a supervisory role is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportation
