Emphasis is placed on system accuracy, uncertainty management, and long-term reliability in laboratory and production environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegrate airflow measurement systems including critical flow venturis, subsonic, and liquid flow meters\nConfigure and validate instrumentation such as pressure transducers, RTDs, thermistors, and mass flow devices\nDevelop and execute system-level calibration and verification procedures to ensure measurement accuracy and traceability\nAnalyze system uncertainty, error sources, and drift; implement improvements to meet tight tolerance requirements\nDesign and troubleshoot data acquisition systems (DAQ), signal conditioning, and control interfaces\nPerform root cause analysis on flow, pressure, and temperature measurement discrepancies\nEnsure proper sensor selection, installation, and operation under varying line pressures and flow regimes\nSupport development and implementation of automated test systems and control logic\nCollaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to resolve integration challenges\nDocument system configurations, calibration data, and test results in compliance with quality standards\nAssist with commissioning and validation of laboratory and field airflow systems\nMaintain compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, or internal calibration procedures)\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science preferred or comparable work experience of 5 years.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally.\nExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)\nExperience with AC/DC wiring and devices.\nExperience with electromechanical devices and electro pneumatic devices.\nExperience with LabView, PLC or other programming experience.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across software and hardware layers.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.\nFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet demands.\nFull-time, permanent position.
