The candidate will be responsible for decommissioning legacy SQL database staging layers and implementing direct integrations between source systems and Salesforce. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, data architecture, API integrations, and large-scale data migration projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDecommission legacy SQL database intermediate/staging layers.\nDesign and implement direct integrations between source systems and Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.\nConfigure and maintain middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Celigo, or Azure Data Factory.\nMigrate and transform existing SQL stored procedures, ETL processes, and database logic into Salesforce and middleware solutions.\nDevelop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.\nDesign scalable solutions for large data volumes while ensuring optimal performance.\nImplement data reconciliation, exception handling, and monitoring processes.\nOptimize API usage, governor limits, batching, and asynchronous processing.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n4+ years of Salesforce Data Engineer experience.\nStrong experience migrating data and integrations from SQL databases to Salesforce.\nExperience decommissioning legacy SQL databases.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.\nSalesforce development experience using Apex, Triggers, and LWC.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification.\n\nImportant: Candidates must be local to Phoenix, AZ and able to work onsite three days per week.
