As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.\nJob Title Process Engineer\nWhat's the Job? Oversee daily operations at the Atchison facility to ensure system performance, availability, and reliability targets are consistently met.\nProvide troubleshooting and technical support to address operational issues promptly and effectively.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures to promote consistent and efficient plant operations.\nSupport the implementation of expense and capital projects, providing necessary technical documentation and oversight.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing tools such as Zero-Based Analysis (ZBA), GAP analysis, and time studies.\nWhat's Needed?
