For more information, visit www.everonsolutions.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Position SummaryThe Technician I performs core depot functions under supervision and follows established procedures for provisioning, troubleshooting, shipping, and inventory management.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with equipment staging and preparationFollow documented procedures for provisioning and testing equipmentPerform basic troubleshooting and diagnosticsSupport senior technicians with complex break/fix issuesMaintain accurate documentation of tasks performed. Qualifications- ExternalEducation & Experience:1–2 years of technical support, depot operations, or IT hardware experience preferred. Basic knowledge of network hardware, cameras, or video surveillance systems. Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in EnglishSkills Familiarity with shipping processes and inventory tracking. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions.
