We value professional growth, collaboration, and care that is both clinically excellent and deeply human.Why Join Easterseals Crossroads:Capped caseload structureFlexible part-time, contract, or full-time schedules403b with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision planGenerous PTO and 10 paid holidaysContinued education creditsWhat You'll Be Doing:The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech or language needs, formulate individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about students' progress.Key Responsibilities:Conducting evaluations and developing diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goalsProviding direct speech, language, and feeding therapy servicesModifying treatment plans based on progress and changing needsDocumenting services in accordance with organizational requirementsCommunicating with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding progress and outcomesSupporting students or clinical fellows as requestedEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology/ Communication requiredMust have a valid Indiana license to be consideredExperience in schools preferred but not requiredAll work is performed Monday through Friday.
