expected to have.\n- SPRINGFIELD, OHIO A Leading Metalworking Manufacturer in the Springfield, Ohio area is in need of a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician.\n\nThis is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES: Safety and Productivity of all associates depends on a rational thinking individual who recognizes the importance of and is well versed in properly maintained machinery.\n\nWorking knowledge and troubleshooting skills in medium voltage electrical circuitry, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and the discipline of lock-out/tag-out.\n\nStrong knowledge of Metal Stamping Presses.\n\nBe a self-motivated team member.\n\nGood communication with the maintenance team and production associates and Supervisors.\n\nMust follow and obey all company policies and procedures.\n\nAll duties assigned to be completed with attention to safety and quality.\n\nCapable of working in confined spaces.\n\nCapable of working at heights up to 40 feet.\n\nOwnership of basic tools to perform maintenance duties as assigned.\n\nGeneral Building Maintenance.\n\nEXPERIENCE & SKILLS: High School Diploma or GED required.\n\nSome formal post-high school training in machinery maintenance, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.\n\n8-10 years of
