The right candidate will be able to build rapport with clients and efficiently remodel homes based on design specifications, budgets, and schedules.\nThe Role\nCarpentry knowledge and skills\nWork with clients, remodeling consultants, trade partners, designers and other HDR employees using the design build process to plan and execute projects\nBuild and maintain relationships via effective communication with all clients, HDR employees, trade partners and suppliers\nManage the construction phase of the project in a timely and cost effective manner\nThe Perfect Candidate\nIs a self-starter who thrives in a team environment\nEnjoys working with people, has a passion for home remodeling, is well organized and detail oriented\nHas at least 5 years work experience in the home remodeling industry\nAppreciates an environment that believes that work should be fun and issues are challenges to be resolved.\nWe Will\nProvide you with a fast paced, high-growth atmosphere where your work will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the company\nProvide you with an environment to grow both professionally and personally.
