Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products, as well as providing innovative clinical diagnostic testing services, as one of the leading global emerging players in specialised clinical diagnostics testing.In 2019, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 4.56 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionThe Organizational Development Training Senior Specialist position will serve as a key member of the PSS Organizational Development Team.General responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, facilitate courses in introductory, professional development, and leadership areas, partner with technical SMEs to coordinate technical course creation, analyze OD data to provide meaningful metrics and trends, collaborate with PSS HR to coordinate Succession Planning and facilitate related training, strategize with operational leaders to provide OD solutions for their teams, and partner other members of the OD team to provide support/backup where necessary. This position will work in collaboration with senior leadership, the PSS OD team, and operational representatives from a variety of business units to create positive developmental experiences for staff.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesFacilitate courses in introductory, professional development, and leadership areas (such as DiSC, StrengthsFinder, PSS Pillars, etc.) both virtually and in-personResearch/review new content and design new courses when necessaryLearn the onboarding process (facilitation and preparation) for PSS as well as how OD supports other Eurofins legal entities with new employeesManage technical training curriculum – partner with senior leaders to determine necessary content and work with operational SMEs to build trainingsCoach individual leaders for development and growthLead Technical Training Committee or utilize other appropriate forum for supporting the tech training initiativeAnalyze OD data to establish and demonstrate meaningful metrics and trendsCollaborate with PSS HR to coordinate Succession Planning and facilitate related trainingsStrategize with operational leaders to provide OD solutions for their teamsAssist with creation of eLearnings for varied content to include culture courses, professional development, and technical trainingsManage/administer assessments and accounts for DiSCLearn new digital tools when necessary to support transitions and improvementsProvide support and back-up for other members of the OD team as necessary to ensure team alignment and continuityMaintain regular attendance and punctuality and flex schedule at times for work with other time zones or to respond to urgenciesQualificationsThe Ideal candidate would possess:Current or former service at a PSS location for at least 2 yearsAbility and comfort navigating conflict resolution with individuals and teamsClear and engaging presentation and communication skillsAbility to communicate with people at all levels in the organization with high courage and high considerationPositive energy and motivation to advance OD services in a collaborative fashion with other teams across PSSDemonstrated alignment with the PSS Pillars (core values)Strong client focus and polished, professional demeanorSuperior interpersonal and organizational savvy and demonstrated teamwork and collaborationClear and engaging presentation and communication skillsSense of solution-orientation and can-do attitudeStrong self-awareness and ability to process constructive feedback positivelyVery high level of organization while managing processes and high diversity of workAble to track status of multiple ongoing projects/tasks and follow up effectively and independentlyUnderstanding of a competency-based approach in organizational effectiveness (hiring, performance, development, etc.)Comfort demonstrating flexibility in a changing and fast-paced environmentAbility and comfort navigating conflict resolution with individuals and teamsAbility to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with sound judgmentBasic Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Life Science discipline or Business related degreeMinimum of 4 years professional work experienceUnderstanding of cloud-based systems such as Office 365, SAP, SharePoint, Oracle, Teams, etc.Ability to travel up to 50% of the timeAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
