Customer Service Representative (Lansdale)

We're looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentative to support customers, process orders, coordinate with operations, and helpkeep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.Manufacturing or industrial experience is a big plus, but not required.What You'll Be Doing● Handle inbound customer calls and emails● Enter quotes and sales orders accurately● Coordinate with operations and finance teams● Process RMAs and track open orders● Help customers with updates, changes, and problem resolution● Support a fast-paced day-to-day operation where details matterWhat We're Looking For● Strong communication and organization skills● Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and responsive● Ability to multitask without losing accuracy● Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and email● Manufacturing, industrial, or operations-related experience is preferredWhat's Offered● Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday● Part-time candidates will also be considered● Stable company with a collaborative team environment● Hands-on role where you'll actually make an impactThis is an on-site position
