Develops, directs and supervises Shift Managers and hourly Team Members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the integrity of the brand, the highest standards of food quality, hospitality, beverage, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.\nKey Performance Functions\nUpholds Friendly’s mission, vision, philosophy and core values through behavior and action\nClearly and consistently communicate all Friendly’s policies and procedures and hold team members accountable for compliance.\nHas a strong presence in the front of the house to guarantee that the Guests have an outstanding experience every time they visit Friendly’s.\n· Ensures a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Shift Managers.\n· Oversees and assists with the inventory, purchasing, receiving, and storage of Company specified products.\nMaintains professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.\nEnsures building, equipment, furniture and fixtures are in good repair, clean and maintained on a regular basis.\nHires, trains, coaches and counsels Team Members and is committed to their professional development.\nCreates Supervisor and Team member schedules, following established Company guidelines and procedures.\nExcellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills\nExcellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills.\nInspires cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.\nRemains positive and calm under stressful conditions.\n“We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
