This role is a blend of end user support and infrastructure responsibilities, supporting a multi site environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, technically versatile, and comfortable working in a fast paced, operationally driven environment.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users across multiple locations\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner\nSupport and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud based environments\nAssist with user onboarding, device setup, and system access\nMonitor and maintain system performance across AWS and Azure environments\nSupport ERP system Dynamics 365 F&O from an end user and access standpoint\nAssist with network troubleshooting including Ubiquiti access points and connectivity\nParticipate in on call support rotation to support extended operational hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM\nCollaborate directly with the IT Manager on ongoing initiatives and improvements\n\nENVIRONMENT & TEAM STRUCTURE\nSmall IT team with direct reporting to the IT Manager\nSupport across three locations including headquarters and two operational facilities\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n2 plus years of experience in IT support and or infrastructure roles\nBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred\nExperience supporting Windows environments\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and or Azure\nFamiliarity with ERP systems preferably Dynamics 365 F&O\nBasic networking knowledge including wireless access points and connectivity troubleshooting\nStrong communication skills with the ability to support a diverse user base\nAbility to work fully onsite\n\nIf you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to aparish@venteon.com.\nWe treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
