If you have hands-on cable assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!\nThis is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable schedule and long-term career potential.\nResponsibilities\nBuild cable assemblies from blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing work instructions.\nMeasure, cut, strip, and terminate wires and cables to specifications.\nPerform manual and machine crimping.\nSolder wires, terminals, plugs, and connectors.\nInspect and repair rejected assemblies as needed.\nUse rulers, hand tools, and measuring equipment accurately.\nFollow work instructions and quality standards while maintaining production goals.\nQualifications\nMinimum 1 year of cable assembly experience.\nPrevious manufacturing experience required.\nStrong soldering skills (hands-on experience required).\nAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.\nExperience measuring in fractions using a ruler.\nExperience cutting, stripping, and crimping wires.\nGood manual dexterity and attention to detail.\nBasic math skills.\nAbility to read, write, and speak English.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIPC-610 and/or IPC-620 certification (preferred but not required).\nExperience building cable assemblies from start to finish.\nExperience soldering wires and pins to terminals.\nInterview Process\nQualified candidates will complete:\nIn-person interview\nHands-on soldering assessment\nSkills evaluation including:\nSoldering\nReading drawings/work instructions\nMeasuring\nWire stripping\nPhysical Requirements\nLift up to 25 lbs.\nFrequent use of small hand tools.\nStanding, walking, and sitting throughout the shift.\nCutting cable up to 2 inches in diameter.\nAdditional Information\n4-Panel Drug Screen Required (THC is not a disqualifier)\nBackground screening required.\nTemp-to-Hire opportunity.\nITAR Requirement\nDue to federal regulations, applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
