They will collaborate with internal stakeholders across different sites to consolidate and analyze data, establish common goals, and ensure ERMCO Enterprise performance. Responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to determine requirements, lead S&OP content development, research industry trends, perform market analysis, and present strategic recommendations. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations Planning, the analyst should be comfortable delivering presentations and have excellent business acumen, gaining extensive knowledge of the premier distribution transformer manufacturer in North America.\nResponsibilities:\nUtilize data mining techniques and maintain/update SQL queries for effective data extraction, analysis and reporting.\nDevelop content for monthly Demand, Supply, and Operations Consensus meetings.\nConsolidate data from stakeholders across supply chain functions and sites to create Enterprise-level analytics.\nLead internal and external data analysis, providing recommendations based on findings.\nCollaborate with supply chain leads, sales, finance, engineering, and operations to gather and analyze business requirements.\nSupport the development, collection, maintenance, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs).\nManage S&OP performance reporting and vendor communications and participate in ERP tool design and implementation.\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in statistical, financial, or supply chain-related discipline.
