Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and department policies and procedures. Works independently in majority of tasks; requires little or no supervision. High responsibility level, especially when dealing directly with guests.\n\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems\nResponsible for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment and components (i.e. plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment as needed); check equipment for hazards, make adjustments and replace as needed\nResponsible for initiating and responding to work orders through the work order system, completing the work assignments timely/accurately and keeping accurate records of work performed\nMust be able to maintain the preventative maintenance program as required including documentation on annual inspections of equipment\nMust know the critical power distribution systems and take appropriate actions as needed (i.e. system failures, power outages, etc.)\nInstall or re-direct electrical circuits as needed; Must be able to use power tools, chemicals, electrical and mechanical devices; Walk daily routes to ensure all necessary repairs are made\nResponsible for pool facilities – maintain, adjust and document pool chemicals as required\nInstall new layouts for all gaming tables as required\nResponsible for researching parts and materials and making recommendations for replacements\nPresent self in a professional ,well-groomed manner at all times\nMaintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of the organization\nAble to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information\nAble to understand and conform to all Company/Department Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations\nEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position\nProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMinimum 5 years previous Facilities experience\nKnowledgeable in the areas of electrical, plumbing, kitchen and general maintenance\nCommercial experience and knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)\nProven experience providing high level of guest service\nObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company\nVerify right to work in the United States\n\nWork Cards\nNone\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.\nRegularly walk, stand and stoop.\nOccasionally work in awkward positions requiring crouching, kneeling, stooping and reaching overhead for extended periods of time.\nStanding and walking for 90% of shift\nAscend or descend ladders, scaffolding and ramps\n\nWork Environment Potential Conditions\nOccasionally work in unfavorable conditions that can be hot, cold, smokey, noisy and/or wet.\n\nDisclaimer\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
