Murr's Frozen Yogurt — Savannah, Georgia Murr's is a new frozen yogurt concept coming to Savannah, and we're looking for the right partner to help build it from day one. Savannah sits at the intersection of several powerful trends: one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast, a thriving tourism economy, a large student population anchored by SCAD, and a downtown market that continues to attract new residents, businesses, and investment. We believe it's the ideal home for a modern frozen yogurt concept built around simplicity, quality, and great design. The concept is intentionally focused: four frozen yogurt flavors, a curated topping selection, beautiful branding, and an exceptional guest experience. We believe there is a significant opportunity to create a brand that feels nostalgic, timeless, and scalable. We have secured financial backing and are now seeking an experienced full-time Operating Partner to help bring this vision to life. This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership over the creative direction, operational systems, and future growth of the company.Frozen Yogurt / Soft Serve experience preferred, but not required.Responsibilities • Lead the project from pre-opening through launch• Assist with site selection, buildout, permitting, and vendor coordination• Develop systems, procedures, and operating standards• Recruit, train, and lead the opening team• Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and guest experience• Contribute creative ideas across branding, product development, marketing, and community engagement• Help identify and execute future growth opportunities What We're Looking For • Strong operational and organizational skills• Experience opening, managing, or scaling hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing businesses• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to solve problems independently• Financial literacy and comfort managing budgets and reporting• Excitement about building something from scratch rather than stepping into an established company What We Offer • Competitive salary• Profit-sharing and partnership opportunities• Meaningful creative input from day one• Ability to help shape the direction of the brand• Significant expansion potential as the company grows We are looking for someone who wants more than a job.
