IT STARTS AT $25.00 PER HOUR WITH POTENTIAL TO START HIGHER WITH EXPERIENCE\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nBalance paper machine rolls to required specifications by manufacturing and installing precise weights determined by the balancing machine readout.\nLook for improvements in process.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace.\n\nRequirements:\n\nDemonstrate basic computer knowledge to operate the balancing machine and fill out final reports.\nDemonstrate mathematical ability required figure out the proper location and amount of weight to complete the balancing process.\nProficient at reading blueprints.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred.\nVocational School graduate in machine shop practices, or equivalent is a plus.\n\nPhysical demands:\n\nProlonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.\nAble to lift up to 70 pounds at a time.\nHave manual dexterity in order to operate machines as directed.\nHave excellent hand-eye coordination.\nWear gloves and ear protection.\n\n*This job description is not all encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement but think you would be a good fit for our team?
