In this role, you'll work across real-time embedded systems, network technologies, and mission-critical cybersecurity solutions. You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and customers to solve complex technical challenges, perform deep-dive research, and build innovative tools that address emerging cyber threats.\r\nResponsibilities: Lead the design, development, and testing of real-time embedded and application-level software for networked systems\r\nDevelop advanced security analysis tools, vulnerability research workflows, and software hardening techniques\r\nConduct reverse engineering across Windows, Linux, mobile, and embedded platforms\r\nServe as a subject matter expert in key network technologies (IP/MPLS, 4G/5G, optical transport, and related areas)\r\nAnalyze and evaluate security strengths and weaknesses across diverse systems and technologies\r\nShape system requirements and technical direction through direct collaboration with customers\r\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical leadership\r\nObtain and maintain a government security clearance\r\nQualifications: 7+ years of software development experience using C, C++, Python, or similar languages\r\nHands-on Linux experience (boot, kernel, and user space layers)\r\nDemonstrated competency with at least one assembly language: MIPS, x86, PowerPC, or ARM\r\nSolid understanding of IP networking concepts and telecommunications systems\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline\r\nAbility to obtain a Top Secret clearance\r\nDesired: Active TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred\r\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, and modern network technologies (IP, wireless, optical)\r\nEthical hacking experience and familiarity with reverse engineering tools\r\nExperience with embedded system software development\r\nAbility to apply multiple assembly languages across diverse architectures\r\nWhat You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.\r\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
