This role is designed for a developer who pairs \"end-to-end\" hands-on experience with a passion for AI-augmented engineering. Solid experience with multi-layered web application development is required.\r\nThe ideal candidate doesn't just write code; they leverage AI development tools to accelerate the SDLC—from architectural prototyping to automated testing—while collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the real estate industry.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nArchitect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Clean Architecture and modern engineering practices (TDD, SOLID).\r\nAI-Augmented Engineering: Proactively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate coding, refactor legacy logic, and automate documentation.\r\nCloud-Native Design: Participate in architectural design sessions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for the Azure ecosystem.\r\nAgile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into high-performance features, participating in code reviews and sprint planning.\r\nInnovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and the integration of Generative AI within business workflows.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.\r\n5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.\r\nBackend Expertise: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, Python, and modern frameworks.\r\nFrontend Expertise: Strong experience with modern frameworks (specifically React or Blazor), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.\r\nStrong experience with SQL Server and Azure cloud services.\r\nProficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.\r\nAdvanced comfort using AI coding assistants to drive efficiency – experience in \"prompt engineering\" for code generation and debugging is highly valued.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users.\r\nTotal Rewards\r\nThe RMR Group offers an extensive total rewards package to ensure that your benefits align with your needs.
