Job Description Senior Attorney – Wage & Hour Class Action Location: CaliforniaOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to handle complex wage & hour class action matters. This role focuses on representing employees in high-impact cases involving misclassification, overtime violations, meal/rest break issues, and other labor law claims.What You'll Do Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and legal filingsDevelop case strategy to drive strong settlements and verdictsTake and defend depositionsRepresent clients in wage & hour class action litigationCollaborate with internal legal teams to move cases efficientlyWhat We're Looking For Active member of the California State Bar5+ years of employment law and class action experienceStrong litigation, research, and analytical skillsProven ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with solid judgment in complex situationsCompensation & Benefits $180K – $280K base + performance incentivesFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision401(k), PTO, paid holidaysGrowth opportunities and bonus programs
