We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the intake, control, distribution, and archival of project documentation across EPC projects.\nMaintain document control systems to ensure current, approved documents are available to engineering, construction, and project management teams.\nEnforce version control, naming conventions, and document workflows.\nTrack document status, revisions, approvals, and transmittals.\nCoordinate document exchanges with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport engineering deliverables, construction readiness, and project closeout packages.\nIdentify risks related to missing or late documentation and escalate appropriately.\nOther responsibilities as directed by supervisor.\nRequirements:\nBasic (Required) Qualifications:\nMinimum Years: 2 to 4 years of document control or project coordination experience.\nEducation: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\nHard Skills: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, document management systems.\nPrevious Experience: EPC, construction, or engineering project support.\nCertifications: None required.\nOther Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSoft Skills: Clear communication, accountability, and time management.\nAttributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, calm under deadline pressure.\nPreferences: EPC or industrial project experience.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nWellness Programs and Incentives\n401(k) Retirement Plan & Company Match\nPaid Time Off – Sick & Vacation Time\nPaid Holidays\nHybrid Work Schedule!\nCool Open Office Concept\nDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
