{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"dbf49f005a15ce7dfe9e699c","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dbf49f005a15ce7dfe9e699c","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dbf49f005a15ce7dfe9e699c","title":"Project Coordinator","description":"The Project Coordinator will have responsibility for supporting Project Managers through the execution of project tasks and deliverables, as well as well as independently managing elements of small commercial projects while promoting CC&N’s goals, values, and objectives.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist Project Managers with project initiation tasks including:\nApplying for permits (customer or municipal).\nMaterial ordering, scheduling, and tracking.\nAssisting with technical resource scheduling.\nCreation of labels.\nSupporting pre-job submittal processes.\nSite surveys and walkthroughs.\nAdministrative support and document control.\nAssist Project Managers with project execution tasks including:\nReview of quoted bills of material.\nAssisting with change order management.\nFollow up on tasks with customers or internal resources.\nAssist Project Managers with project closure tasks including:\nPartner warranty applications.\nCC&N workmanship warranty processing.\nCreation of As-Built documentation.\nSupporting post-job submittal processes.\nReview and processing of test results.\nUpdate and maintain customer information within our software systems.\nTrack and maintain project status in CRM.\nAssist with RFP responses.\nSupport within the invoice and billing process.\nProvide exceptional customer service and responsiveness to internal and external customers.\nEnsure safety is planned for every project in compliance with CC&N and customer requirements.\nFollow project reporting processes to communicate project metrics and status to CC&N and customer stakeholders.\nDirect Field Technicians on project related tasks as required.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills -
