You will demo the platform, train users, and help shape how the product evolves based on real-world feedback.This role is best suited for someone with experience in fintech or financial services who has worked directly with customers.Essential Job Functions, Duties, And Performance ResponsibilitiesProduct demos and client onboardingLead live demos of the Optifino platform for prospective usersClearly explain complex insurance workflows in a simple, structured wayTrain new customers across:Case designPolicy comparisonProfessional review workflowsServe as a hands-on resource for advisors adopting the platformProduct feedback and AI interface developmentWork closely with engineering to improve our AI-driven interfaceProvide structured feedback based on:Your own usageCustomer interactions during demos and onboardingInterview advisors and sales partners to identify friction points and opportunitiesTranslate qualitative feedback into clear, actionable product insightsAnalytical and operational supportSupport ad hoc analysis across:Client casesPlatform usageInternal initiativesHelp identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunitiesContent and knowledge library developmentCurate and expand our internal and client-facing content librarySource relevant:ArticlesPlanning strategiesIndustry thought piecesHelp ensure advisors have access to high-quality, actionable contentPerform other projects and duties as assigned.Job Specification/QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:2–5 years of experience in:Fintech, insurtech, or a related financial services environmentExperience:Running product demos and onboarding usersWorking directly with customers in a sales or solutions-oriented roleBachelor’s degree in:Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldAbility to simplify complex concepts, especially in insurance or financial productsComfort working across product, engineering, and salesDemonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinkingHigh ownership and flexibility in a fast-moving environment Possess solid understanding of SLAs, call queues, customer retention strategy, margins, and how to effectively drive results through improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly communicate complex informationExcellent planning, organization and problem identification skills, with high attention to detailWillingness to work in-office in New York City at least three days per weekBENEFITS PACKAGE:We Offer a Competitive Benefits PackagePaid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks to start, increasing with years of servicePaid holiday’s – 11 daysMedical, Dental and Vision – 80% of monthly premium paid by Covr for all full-time employeesAdult and child orthodontiaHealth Savings Account (HSA) with quarterly company contributionsShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityPet insurance for cats and dogs!Company paid Life and AD&D insurance for all full-time employees.Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance up to 5x’s salary for employeeSupplemental Life and AD& D plans offered for spouse and dependentsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): medical, dependent, parking and transitCovr is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workforce.
