This role oversees the quality assurance strategy and execution for RowsOne’s platform, ensuring releases meet high reliability, performance, and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing test efforts, designing and executing manual test cases, reviewing requirements and technical specifications for testability, and coordinating defect tracking and resolution with software development teams. The Lead Engineer will establish and refine QA processes, mentor other QA professionals, collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of test coverage and quality metrics.
