Concrete Foreman

Job Summary -Alpha Paving Industries LLC is looking for an experienced and reliable Concrete Foreman to lead and manage our concrete crews on construction sites. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.Key Responsibilities -Lead and supervise concrete crew members, including finishers and laborersCoordinate daily tasks and assign work to crew based on project needsEnsure correct placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concreteRead and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specificationsEnsure all work meets quality standards and follows safety protocolsCoordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to avoid delaysMonitor progress and report status updates to the Superintendent or PMResolve on-site issues promptly and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteEnforce company policies and safety compliance (OSHA, PPE, etc.)Oversee and supervise daily operations of one of our Concrete Crews including the safety, quality, and personnel management aspects.Must be able to walk through construction sites and lift 50 pounds from the ground.Support of safety & health programs, including daily tailgate meetings, accident investigations, and development and implementation of corrective action plans.Provide guidance and development of hourly personnel to meet performance requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
