As a HR/Office Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.\nResponsibilities:\n-Marketing to CCS & families\n-Develop SIP. DSAT and support activities\n-HR Duties and responsibilities\n- Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and objectives\n- Coordinate and supervise program staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to policies and procedures\n- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality services\n- Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and develop individualized care plans\n- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness\n- Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving conflicts or addressing challenging situations\n- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including resident rights and care standards\n- Oversee the management of program budgets and resources\n- Stay updated on best practices in the field of developmental disabilities and autism services\nRequirements:\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, human resource or a related field\n- Proven experience working as Program Manager and with individuals with developmental disabilities.\n- Knowledge of systems related to developmental disabilities services such as LTSS, Therap etc\n- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, care plans, nursing home regulations, and hospice care\n- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner\n- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills\n- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively\nJoin our team as a Manager and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
