Experience must include:Material balance calculations for processes including Schedule Pro, and Process Mapping Calculation;Process clean and dirty utility calculations for processes using Super Pro or Heat and Mass Balance;Hydraulics calculation for pumps and piping such as Pipeflo or Fathom;Pressure safety device calculations for process equipment and piping;Preparation of equipment and instrument datasheets;Master Planning, Feasibility, Concept, Basic, Detailed Design and Construction Support of Monoclonal Anti-bodies, Drug Product, Bioprocess/Synthetic API, Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products and Food Manufacturing and Consumer Goods sites;Schedule project activities;Conduct quality audit for project deliverables; andLeading teams of process engineers.
