Our services include underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration, and traffic control services.\n\nArrow Construction is currently seeking a Safety Coordinator for our Manteca office.\n\nJob duties included but were not limited to:\nBe responsible for implementing components of the safety program.\nTrain personnel through materials, equipment, and environments with the goal of achieving safety effectiveness throughout the company.\nAble to ensure all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated.\nAble to report all training programs as appropriate.\nKeep the owner and their agents informed on all relevant issues.\nManage and maintain safety and housekeeping procedures.\nSupport the superintendents in pre-construction notifications and documentation.\nAssist with new hires' orientations and coordinate/conduct Quarterly safety meetings.\nCollect and submit all documentation related to personal injury and property accidents.\nMaintain all records for vehicles and equipment (insurance, DMV, etc).\n\nPosition Requirements:\n2-4 years of safety experience.\nA strong understanding of OSHA and safety regulations.\nWorkers' Compensation claim management experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong negotiation and conflict management skills.\nMust have the ability to interface with other Arrow Construction personnel, customers, and vendors in potentially confrontational issues with diplomacy and professionalism.\n\nPlease apply online @arrowcon.com or in person between 8:00 AM - 4 PM @ 17805 Comconex Rd, Manteca, CA 95366 or at https://www.arrowcon.com/employment.
