As the Electrical Controls Engineer, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. The Electrical Engineer (EE) assists Design Ready Controls as a technical resource for controls panel manufacturing. The EE is responsible for overseeing all phases of the panel and projects from inception to shipment to assure they meet both customer requirements and adhere to UL and Design Ready Control standards.\nThis position has a target start date in June 2026.\nKey Responsibilities\nFully understand products, customer specifications and provide technical support\nCollaborate with departments to identify any special requirements such as: tooling, CAD tools, investments\nProvide production support, documentation and drawings using electrical CAD software to support new control panel product activities\nWork with customers to gather feedback on products\nSuccessfully transition business from Sales Application Engineering Team\nModify schematics and macros in ECAD systems\nTest APE software installations and systems for their production readiness\nInterpret and implement products changes provided by the customer\nCreate new procedures, processes, or relationships with oversight from Level 2 Engineer or higher\nEducation | Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (required)\nElectrical and Solid Modeling CAD experience (required)\nHands on manufacturing or repair experience (preferred)\nAbilities | Skills\nAbility to read, understand and absorb technical information\nWillingness to research and present solutions to new or complex problems\nAbility to work in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment\nResults oriented, schedule driven and accountable\nGood personal time management, capacity awareness and prioritization skills\nCalm under pressure, good communicator, and customer service oriented\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to travel up to 10%\nIn Return We Offer You\nA safe atmosphere that encases our core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Candor, Earnestness\nSalaried position with a range of $70,000-$85,000 annually DOE.\nComprehensive Benefits Package:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, ADD, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, ESST.\nDisclaimer:\nThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
