This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test plans, detecting issues, and providing critical feedback to ensure that software systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServing as a core developer building and optimizing a high-throughput integration platform utilizing TypeScript/Node.js and Python.\nPlaying a key role in delivering software solutions within a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment, leveraging automation via GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.\nStaying ahead of the curve on web development trends, assess new standards/frameworks, and formulate strategic recommendations for future platform enhancements.\nContinuously engaging with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products in a collaborative environment.\nHelping define, automating, and executing operational procedures while documenting modern configuration processes and architectural policies.\nMaintaining regular, clear, and proactive communication with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience with developing software in a professional setting\n5+ years of experience with using .Net C#, ADD Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python, and/or React as a full-stack application language\n5+ years of experience implementing Windows Desktop applications\n5+ years of experience with building and consuming REST APIs\n5+ years of experience with unit testing and integration testing of server- and client-side JavaScript\n5+ years of experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests for both server-side and client-side applications (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest)\nExperience with asynchronous programming in promises, generators, or callbacks\nSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success\nHands-on experience with modern Git workflows and DevOps automation approaches in GitHub or GitLab\nCritical thinker and problem-solving skills\nTeam player\nGood time-management skills Interpersonal and communication skills\nCompTIA Security+ (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of your hire)\nBachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry\nUS Citizenship and currently possess an active secret security clearance, with the ability to acquire a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience in the architecture and implementation of medium-to-large distributed computing environments.\nExperience/knowledge of software and system optimization, helping to remove potential performance bottlenecks\nExperience with maintaining full stack application with modern technologies, intuitive user-interfaces and scalable data processing architectures using open source software.\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 commensurate on experience and technical skillset.\nWe are strictly looking for direct, full-time W2 employees.
