You will own major product features across the stack from design to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure reliability and performance of our platform.\r\nYour Impact Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems, leading projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers.\r\nHelp set technical direction impacting our engineering team.\r\nWork with product managers, our customer success team, and customers to scope projects and build solutions.\r\nBuild the Northbeam dashboard, where we surface core marketing analytics.\r\nOwn and build features end-to-end yourself from idea to production-ready solution, as well as with engineers across the company.\r\nOptimize our web application for best-in-class speed of development and time to render.\r\nContribute to the development of standardized, technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.\r\nWhat You Bring 5+ years of expertise building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.\r\n3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries such as React.\r\nExperience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.\r\nProficiency in SQL and BigQuery.\r\nIndependent, dedicated, and able to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy and minimal guidance.\r\nAbility to drive rapid development while ensuring maintainability, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term systems design.\r\nPassion for continuous learning and professional growth.\r\nProven interest and ability to mentor other engineers on the team.\r\nBonus Skills & Experience Proficiency in Python.\r\nExperience optimizing frontends for large amounts of data and load times.\r\nExperience working with data visualization.\r\nExperience working in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.\r\nCompensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 USD (actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location).\r\nWe offer an equity package, comprehensive healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan, a flexible PTO policy, 12 company-paid holidays, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
