Position Summary (BCBA)
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide and supervise behavior analysis and registered behavior technicians (RBTs), evaluate children diagnosed with ASD and other behavior disorders, create treatment plans, facilitate family training, assist with scheduling clinicians, train and mentor registered behavior technicians (RBTs), assist with billing, and related responsibilities. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The BCBA shall also oversee programming of Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) and provide ongoing support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings with new clients and families
Conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate assessment tools
Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress updates with families and technicians
Train and supervise a caseload of Behavior Technicians and clients
Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings
Collaborate with other clinicians both in and outside of the clinic to coordinate the therapy of shared clients
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary
Attend team meetings as scheduled
Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory protocol
Maintain open communication with families and team members regarding goals and progress
Maintain appropriate certifications and licenses

Education and Certifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
Licensed to practice ABA therapy in the state of Maryland required
Experience
5+ years of demonstrated experience as a behavior technician providing ABA therapy to children with autism
Strong knowledge of ABA principles
Must be familiar with compassionate and trauma-informed ABA
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire)
BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire)
Reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and a valid driver's license
Must successfully complete a federal and state background check
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position will be $60.00 to $75.00 per hour.
