In this critical role, you’ll leverage data and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement across product and process quality. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership, you will play a central role in ensuring our products meet and exceed consumer expectations pre and post-launch.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnalyze customer complaints and field failures to identify root causes and lead actionable engineering or customer-facing initiatives.\n\nAct as the voice of the customer , coordinating and tracking corrective actions, follow-ups, and detailed reporting.\n\nDrive continuous improvement efforts by reducing and preventing non-conformances, while defining metrics to evaluate success.\n\nCollaborate with suppliers on 8D responses and corrective actions, supporting investigation reports and resolution updates.\n\nParticipate in design reviews (DFMEA, safety reviews), ensuring all quality requirements are met across documentation and manufacturing processes.\n\nMonitor and analyze macro-level consumer experience to identify product performance trends and experience detractors.\n\nPartner with the Customer Excellence team to track consumer sentiment and field reception of products.\n\nLead cross-functional issue tracker meetings, delegate actions, and maintain accountability across teams.\n\nEvaluate engineering changes (ECNs) to ensure they do not negatively impact product quality.\n\nTrack and manage digital escalations, providing clear, accurate customer-facing responses.\n\nOwn product health reporting and drive enhancements toward a five-star user experience through iterative design improvements.\n\nProactively seek process efficiencies to maximize team effectiveness and impact.\n\nAct as a product expert across cross-functional teams, addressing concerns and providing guidance.\n\nRegularly present updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of relevant experience , ideally within consumer goods or a fast-paced product environment.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.\n\nAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities with a high level of organization and independence.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.\n\nHighly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive change, influence cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives.\n\nSolid understanding of:\n\nProduct development lifecycles\n\nDesign and document change control\n\nCAPA processes\n\nManufacturing and process control methodologies\n\nVerification and validation procedures\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint is a plus.\n\nStrong business acumen with an external focus – customer-centric mindset and awareness of industry trends.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel as needed.\n\nSalary and Other Compensation\nThe annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
