This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on solving the most complex technical challenges and writing high-quality code.\r\nAbout the role\r\nFull-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy highly performant and scalable full-stack applications using the Microsoft stack and Angular platform.\r\nBack-End Mastery: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code for complex business logic, utilizing .NET Core/.NET 8+ and following best practices such as Dependency Injection, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\r\nFront-End Expertise: Develop dynamic, responsive, and maintainable Single-Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular (v14+) and TypeScript. Focus on state management, component architecture, and UI performance optimization.\r\nDatabase Development Strong T-SQL development skills ability to debug complex stored procedures, functions and triggers.\r\nQualifications\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nExpert proficiency in C# and the .NET Core/.NET 8+ framework for back-end and API development is a must.\r\nMastery of T-SQL , including writing highly optimized stored procedures, complex joins, and functions.\r\nExpert-level hands-on experience developing complex SPAs with Angular (v14+) and TypeScript required.\r\nProven proficiency in state management (e.g., RxJS observables and patterns, NgRx) and modern component-based architecture.\r\nExpertise with ORM tools , primarily Entity Framework Core, including advanced concepts like change tracking, lazy loading, and performance tuning.\r\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) a plus.\r\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions).\r\nSoft Skills\r\nAbility to act as a technical self-starter, prioritizing and managing complex development tasks independently with a high degree of ownership.\r\nExceptional problem-solving skills with a relentless drive to understand the root cause of issues and implement elegant, lasting technical solutions.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to technical peers during code reviews and design discussions.\r\nWork Experience\r\n8+ years of expert-level experience in the core C# / .NET stack.\r\n4+ years of professional experience developing complex SPAs with Angular (v14 or newer preferred).\r\nProfessional proficiency in English (written and verbal).\r\nEducation\r\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\r\nAdditional Information #LI-Hybrid: PartnerRe provides a working environment in which diversity is valued, where all employees feel welcome, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.
