Provide technical leadership and support to maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.\nTrain maintenance and operational personnel on automation systems, robotics, and PLC equipment.\nMaintain accurate records of PLC software revisions, robotic programs, documentation, and electrical schematics.\nLead automation-related continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.\nCoordinate modifications and installation of new automation and robotic systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.\nPerform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.\nEvaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency.\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nExperience working with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including PLC-500 and ControlLogix systems.\nExperience with HMI software such as RSLogix, Wonderware, and PanelView. Experience supporting industrial robotic systems, preferably Fanuc, ABB, and/or KUKA.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.\nExperience with Siemens S5 and S7 PLC systems preferred.\nKnowledge of industrial communication networks including ControlNet, Modbus, and Profibus.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.\nStrong PC proficiency and technical documentation skills.\nEnglish proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation package.
